Add tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion in a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil and add salt and pepper, to taste. Toss to thoroughly coat all of the produce.
Finish with Feta cheese sprinkled over top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

I love this dish thrown together shortly before you're ready to eat your meal. Let the dish chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour but that's about all the prep time you need.
