It’s me again!
After a nearly 2-1/2 year hiatus from blogging, P&P is back. With a fresh new look (thank you, Little Blue Deer!) and an insane desire to get back into this, I’m so excited to use this creative outlet once again. And to see what I’ve been missing in the blogosphere!

If you’re new to P&P, you’re most likely wondering what “I’m back” means. Or if you followed this blog before, you’re probably asking where the heck I’ve been.
Well, to make a long story short, I put the brakes on blogging when I had my first child a couple of years ago. As I was navigating the journey of becoming a new mom, blogging went on the back burner. Then a year after joining #momlife, I stumbled upon an opportunity with Mac & Mia as a stylist and all of my free time was officially used up (I’ll give an update on that later). Fast forward to the middle of last year when we found out we were pregnant with our second kiddo, who was born just this last February. Needless to say, it’s been a busy couple of years. Although I’ll readily admit I don’t have the free time I’d like to devote to blogging, I’m going to set aside time for something I love and miss. Because the most important lesson I’ve learned in Mom Life 101 is that you have to carve time out for you. In whatever way that means.

So what’s with the new blog? What happened to the original P&P? Well, in total honesty, I’m not really sure. Somewhere along the way something expired in regards to my blog/host and I lost ev-er-y-thing. It was a sad realization, however, I’m taking it in stride. And looking at this as an opportunity to start fresh. Explore new avenues. And just have fun!
Thank you to those who have been with me all along and to any of the newbies checking out this blog for the first time. I really don’t know who reads my posts, but I appreciate all of the support more than you know. At the end of the day, blogging is all about a following and I’ll do what I can to keep you coming back for more. So if there are past recipes you’d like brought back (RIP original P&P) or new ideas you’d like to see from this blog, comment below! I love hearing from you, don’t be shy!
So, cheers to (unintended) endings. New beginnings. And everything in between. Welcome back, P&P!
