If my monthly roundups of random Amazon finds had a theme, this month would be “how many kids activities can we fit in the back yard?” Because as Covid/quarantine has lingered on, I’ve had to get a little creative with our time. Mama can only entertain for so long before she needs to call in relief, ya feel me?
But as usual, the rest of this monthly collection is pretty random yet useful. Happy (Amazon) shopping!
(1) The Original Plasma Car (not much to say about these except that my kids use them every. day. I’ll thank my neighbor for introducing these to us and the endless amount of entertainment!)
(2) .5 Gallon Metal Outdoor Watering Can (I ordered this small watering can for our garden (#3) so my son could be responsible for watering the plants. It’s the perfect size for littles and a cute decoration sitting next to the planter. P.S., linked a similar one below because this exact one was out of stock.)
(3) Rustic Planter Box (I LOVE this planter because it’s low to ground so my kiddos can see into the box and help take care of the garden. The box comes unassembled but each piece slides easily into place, no tools required!)
(4) Gold Whisk Swizzle Sticks (cutest coffee accessory around! Although the exact ones I purchased have been out of stock for quite some time, I did include a similar set. These little stirrers spark joy every morning I make a cup ‘o’ joe!)
(5) Multi Collagen Capsules (I won’t go into the benefits of collagen here, but I’ve been taking these pills for a couple of years now. I personally prefer them to powder because I always thought the powder was too gritty in my drink. To each his own though!)
(6) Fat Daddio’s Round Cake Pans (I ordered both the 8″ and 9″ pans since they’re the most commonly used. And I’m obsessed with this brand. You can read about Fat Daddio’s technology in the Amazon description but trust me, these pans are the best.)
(7) Husband Material by Emily Belden (Emily was one of the first people I met in college when I attended my very first fraternity dance my freshman year and I’ve followed along on her journey through life. I also read her first book, Eightysixed, and have been hooked ever since!)
(8) Affresh Cleaners (you know you’re an adult when you’re promoting disposal, washing machine, and dishwasher cleaner. I have a calendar reminder for the first of every month to throw these tablets in, just so I get a regular clean on all of our machines.)
(9) Inflatable Pool (the inflatable pool I purchased last Summer ended up popping, so I spent a little more than I would like for a product that would last longer. This pool has been used a lot already this Summer, withstanding lots of toddler beatings!)
(10) 5 Piece Makeup Sponge (okay, so these are amazing. I had seen them around and finally had to try them. I also had the Original Beauty Blender, but I immediately threw it out after using these. They’re sturdy, yet soft, and they work just as well, if not better, than their $20 counterpart.)
